NodeManager may need to be ran in some separated network or behind firewall, with which the machine is not directly reachable and a proxy is required, from current YARN web UI there is no support to access NodeManager via proxy, and the proposal here is to add the support for configuring proxy information in YARN, and support accessing NodeManager via YARN proxy with encoded URLs.
