binaries of modwebapp (CVS 10/5/2001)

Hi,

I have succesfully built binaries for modwebapp for Tomcat 4  on Solaris 
7 and IRIX 6.5.  I'd like to make this available for others. Who should 
I provide these to?  Should I just tar up my 
jakarta-tomcat-connectors/webapp directory and email them to someone?
