I went through all the integration test cases and changed them as 
described above, except for the itest/contribution module. Luciano, it 
looks like you're in the middle of working on this new module so I 
didn't want to move your files around and break you, I'll let you rename 
and move your composite to main/resource whenever you're ready.

I'll take a pass at the few remaining samples after we reorganize them, 
I just started another thread to discuss that reorg.
