There are 2 methods for EChart/Timeseries x-axis sorting, sortOperator is for one metric and by buildQuery. And it need reloading chart, another is operating by `sortRows` in series.ts. I think sortRows can do simple one too, just need a modification.  

Removed sortOperator, x-axis don't need reloading chart again, Updates will be displayed instantly.
