FP from FAKE_HELO_HOTMAIL and FORGED_HOTMAIL_RCVD

I'm receiving legitimate email that is being tagged with
FAKE_HELO_HOTMAIL and FORGED_HOTMAIL_RCVD. This is from a friend's new
msn email account. Is this a new problem? Is it fixed in SA 3.0?

Thanks in advance,
Alan
