[PR] Verify with Maven 4 too [maven-shared-jar]

slachiewicz opened a new pull request, #171:

   Adds `maven4-enabled: true` to the shared verify workflow so the matrix also runs the current Maven 4 release (4.0.0-rc-6 in `maven-verify.yml@v5`; JDK 8 is excluded for it by the shared workflow), as most repos in the estate already do. If this turns a job red, that is a Maven 4 incompatibility worth knowing about before users hit it.
