Hi,
When I create an arrow out of margin with the drawing bar, anchor it to the
paragraph and then the paragraph goes down, the arrow falls behind when it
crosses the bottom margin of only a few steps, and then it suddenly recover the
lost ground if the paragraph goes a little further. I have enclosed visual
evidence of its disruptive behaviour.
It happenes also with the previous versions of Writer.

The arrow behaves OK and follows accurately the paragraph in Rev. 1400866.
