Developing in eclipse luna with integrated maven.
When checking out the james-server project, and updating the projects with "Maven update", an NPE occured:

Errors occurred during the build.
Errors running builder 'Maven Project Builder' on project 'james-karaf-integration'.
java.lang.NullPointerException

It seems to be a problem with the packaging, but I am not an Maven expert.
Changing the packaging to "pom" would help, not sure if this is correkt.
