Review comment:
       It'd be good to add a javadoc for this method to elaborate that the following cases are qualified to be deleted:
   * The table is an APPEND use case
   *  The segment lineage has been completed for 24 hrs.

       When the segment lineage state is `IN_PROGRESS`, it'd be better to change the state to `ABORTED` in order to differentiate the cases from `COMPLETED` to `REVERTED`,

Review comment:
       It'd be good to add one more scenario at the bottom that after making the endReplaceSegments call for lineageEntryId3, the final available list of segments would be `"s9", "s10", "s11"`, and we no longer see any segment of `"s6", "s7", "s8"`.
