I have no problem with that. I was just playing around last night with
Pete to see if we could get something to work for making our first
announcement :-)

I think we should store it in an XML file since that is the direction
everyone seems to be going with regards to storing 'data'.

Really it's the set of instructions used to make an announcement. I was
thinking about putting it in the project.xml file but really it would
become cluttered. I made a set of properties for each announcment along
with the announcement so that project could keep a history of the
announcements made and have a standard place for these so some
collaborative editing could take place before the release of the
announcement.
Just trying to be thorough about what is stored, if different people do
announcements there are templates that can be looked at. I might decide
to put this in the POM when betwixt is used at which point the POM in
XML form can be broken up into smaller files so that you don't have to
load a massive quantity of information when all you want to do is build.
