How can we flag a pipeline as a system pipeline? Didn't we used to have a boolean flag in the pipelines?
I looked at [1] in method {{{}getSystemPipelines{}}}.
Here it is checking for the SYSTEM_USER, does that mean we should replace the user of the pipeline with the string 'system'?
