JUDDI-1013 auto refreshes the page after the save

> Create a business and save it.  Navigate to the Services to add a service.  You see the message “Please save the business first, then you can add services.”  You need to open the business again before you can add a service.  This behavior occurs at multiple levels as you go deeper into the business definition.  It does not seem like the page is refreshing to know that the data has been saved.
