This is an alternative/complement to the compile-time thread sanitizer. This change allows us to customize the valgrind tool and suppression file used by the unit tests. We could enable thread sanitizing simply by:
$ VALGRIND_TOOL=helgrind VALGRIND_SUPPRESSIONS=path/to/helgrind.supp ctest
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/kgiusti/dispatch DISPATCH-236-helgrind
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/qpid-dispatch/pull/57.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
