I took Adobe Flex Builder w/ FLEX 4.6 and added AIR SDK 31 (w/o new compiler).

I was able to build and run a trivial example with spark TextArea.

When I upgraded to the latest FLEX 4.16.1, this view did not show in my iOS app.
