   ## Which issue is fixed by this PR? If not related to an existing issue, what does this PR do?
   
   This PR adds a context menu (right-click menu) to a handful of TP tables. For example, if you are looking at a table of delivery services, you can "right-click" on a delivery service and do the following:

   None of this functionality is new. It is simply provided as a context menu rather than having to click on a delivery service and then perform one of these actions. So basically it saves you one click.

   and "right-click" on a row in the table to interact with the context menu.
