[ANNOUNCE] Xalan-J 2.5D1 is available

Hi,

We have just posted Xalan-Java 2.5D1 (a developer's release) to Apache!

This release contains Xerces Java 2.3, xml-apis.jar built from the new
tck-jaxp-2_2_0 branch of xml-commons, documentation updates to the website
and samples, and many bug fixes.
