Block edit operation of a rubberStamp

Hi,

After I rubber stamp a PDF, how could I block user from editing the
'RubberStamp' annotation, for example blocking delete operation.

Apply a security policy to the file that prevents editing it. It's not a
fool-proof way, of course, as many PDF viewers ignore such policies,
unfortunately.
