Win32 project update in 1.2 area instead of 1.3?

I just did a cvs update of my checked out areas, and noticed
a lot of activity in the apache/src/nt directory.  Considering
the recent discussion about the Win32 makefiles, was that
supposed to be in the apachen/src/win32 directory instead?  Or
did someone check something in from the wrong location?
