SJMS issue with noLocal

Hi,

When creating JMS consumers using SJMS, "noLocal" is hardcoded to "false"
(JmsObjectFactory.java). Since it cannot be changed, it's not possible to
create connection to durable topic (tested with Tibco EMS). Also, since JMS
component doesn't have this problem, maybe default value should be "true".
