Spark graduated from incubator project to TLP project a month or so ago. So the Spark's binaries should be made visible through http://www.apache.org/dist/spark/  But the directory does not exist.

I have added the binaries to the appropriate directories in the SVN repo 
[https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/spark/](https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/spark/)
I was assuming that the spark directory will get created automatically when the corresponding directory is created in the SVN repo. Am i missing something?
