I'm not sure if I can create sub-issues for Infra myself (probably not).

We would like a few mailinglists:
dev
commits
private
issues
(And probably notifications)

Our version control choice is: Subversion

The project is currently hosted at https://serf.googlecode.com/svn/
Commit r1-r166 there are dummy commits and r167 commits a copy of https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/commons/branches/gen2 where this project originally started.

If possible we would like to import the history, connecting the copy to the original history. I can help with preparing a dump, editing authors, etc.

We haven't discussed how we want to manage the project homepage yet.
