Win2000 Pro/SP1/Using 1.3.19 binaries
>Description:
Chose to install as a service. The DOS console appears briefly as it should, but Apache is not listed in Start/Settings/Control Panel/ Administrative Tools/Services. Installing 1.3.19 in exactly the same manner results in Apache appearing as a service. Unable to run as a service.
