[PROPOSAL] Audit Log Report

Hi Everyone,

I'd like to work on MRM-1296 (Audit logging report) for 1.3. I started a
draft of my proposal here:

Sounds good to me.

I would definitely have the default page as a "live" view of the latest info, with a one-line form at the top to do restrictions by date / group / artifact / # rows as you suggested.
