[ANNOUNCE]Release Apache RocketMQ Spring 2.0.4



Hi all,




The Apache RocketMQ team would like to announce the release of Apache RocketMQ Spring 2.0.4




This release will put the rocketmq-spring dependency into maven central repository and allow users to use it directly in the POM file.
