[PR] Add GeaFlowBackend backend vertical slice design document [geaflow]

Mugetsu-bankai opened a new pull request, #870:
URL: https://github.com/apache/geaflow/pull/870

   ### What changes were proposed in this pull request?

This PR adds the design/scoping document `Gearflow-backend-vertical-slice.md` for apache/geaflow#849.

The document defines the minimal vertical slice that lets a `GeaFlowBackend` treat the real GeaFlow engine as a backend of `geaflow-ai` through one shared, stable, testable interface. It covers:

   - Current state and existing seams: `GraphAccessor`, `MutableGraph`, `GraphComputeEngine`, `GraphMemoryServer`, and the in-memory `MemoryGraph` path.
   - Goals and scope of the first vertical slice.
   - Three candidate approaches:
     - Option A: read-only slice
     - Option B: write-through slice (recommended)
     - Option C: projector-based slice
   - A decision matrix comparing write-path coverage, write → restart → read loop, runtime surface touched, effort, and fallback safety.
   - Supported operations for the baseline assuming Option B, explicit non-goals, and mapping to existing GeaFlow DSL/runtime components.
   - Checkpoint behavior, missing APIs/blockers to resolve, test strategy, rollback/compatibility paths, open questions, and the final recommendation.
   - Recommendation: proceed with Option B (write-through) as the primary vertical slice, with Option A as a committed fallback. Resolve the open design questions in the design phase before implementation.

This is a documentation/design-only change. It does not implement the vertical slice, add production HA guarantees, or modify runtime code.
