Tomcat3.0

Sirs:
  Is Tomcat3.0 packaged to run on Windows95?  I've tried numerous
downloads,
followed the How-To, etc. and I cannot get "Startup" to work.  I notice
that only
the Windows NT version is listed as tested.  Is this the problem?
Surely the thousands
of us Windows95 users are not being excluded? Or are we!
