FYI; ASF has new Chairman

All,

Just want to inform that the Board appointed a new Chairman at the meeting
yesterday.

Brett Porter is handing over to Phil Steitz, another "old-timer" of the
Foundation, but new on the Board.

Thanks to Brett for a job well done over the last few years, and welcome to
Phil in the new role and the face of ASF.
