[Bug 121476] Using "Printer Settings..." to change "Paper Source" does not affect subsequent printing.

Did you select the option "Paper tray from printer settings"?:

menu "File" -> "Printer Settings..." - dialog "Printer Setup" - the button at
the left bottom corner "Options..." - dialog "Printer Options" - under "Other"
you'll see the check box "Paper tray from printer settings".
