Summary: Link attribute not updated when node is published
           Product: Lenya
           Version: 1.2.1
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Publisher
        AssignedTo: dev@lenya.apache.org
        ReportedBy: josias.thoeny@wyona.org

When a node is published which was already published before, the link attribute
is not copied to the live sitetree. That means if someone publishes a node, then
changes its link attribute, and then publishes the node again, the link
attribute in the live tree is not updated.

I have a simple patch for this which handles the link attribute similarly to the
visibleinnav attribute (which is copied correctly).
However, I think there should be a more generic way to copy all attributes,
maybe something like sitetreenode.takeAttributesFrom(anothernode).
