   To simplify the solution, @klesh and I have several thoughts:
   1. simplify or get rid of the pre-mapping mechanism in the 1st phaze.
   2. do not modify config-ui at phaze 1. Provide an API for users to upload the team/people file.
   3. If the above solution is still hard to implement, the least we can do is to provide a query to help users to create the `team` and `people` entities based on users' DevOps tools' data in the domain layer and the team info they gather manually. We can provide technical support during the whole process.
