In a case where a Stateless Session Bean makes multiple calls to other stateless beans by adding calls to a managed executor, the transaction shouldn't be propagated to the executor threads as the transaction can only be associated with a single thread at a time.

Unfortunately EjbTransactionUtil wires a listener into ThreadContext.enter() which causes this to happen. Test and potential patch incoming.
