Moved url-info, servertime, userid, and workflow to core

Hi Lenya developers,

- url-info
- server time
- current user ID
- workflow state
- is_live workflow variable

are now handled by the core (using input modules in
global-sitemap.xmap) and don't have to be inserted in the
menu XSP.
