How to use javascript in portlet

Hi,all:
  There should not be <body> tag in portlet
application ,then how to use javascript? And does it
mean that tacos can't be used too?

Oh. This seems to have come up a lot. I will make sure it gets into tacos
before the next release. (Ie tomorrow or day after, depending on how much a
pain in the buttocks running a portlet environment is)

Tapestry 4.0 Portlet support does support the Script component and
script templates, without requiring a Body component.  The Portlet API
creates a number of limitations, so things like DatePicker and
client-side validation will work, but more complex interactions, such
as some of the Tacos components, may not work.
