1. Where is the project land situated and how far?
The project land is situated at near Thali, the distance are as follows
20kms from Athibele, 20kms from Hosur, 32 kms from Electronic City, 53 kms

2. What are the payment terms of the farm land?
40% at time of booking, balance 60% within 30 days.

4. Why do you acquired land in Tamilnadu?
Due to land reforms act by government there are lot of legal problems in
Karnataka to acquire agricultural land, Infact to buy agricultural land in
Karnataka one has to be an agriculturist and his annual income has to be
below 50,000/ annum. Further to that one cannot buy land in the name of
minor, where as in Tamilnadu any individual can buy the agricultural land.
5. When will you register the land in our name?
Once the full payment is made the registration will take place, we will
take responsibility to complete entire registration process (khata,
chitta, patta, transfered to your name, latest encumbrance certificate
also obtained in your name).
6. What is the cost of Registration?
25,000/- for 3000 sft of land (This is an approximate cost).
7. What are the plants already planted in our farm?
In 3000 sft - 10 plants (like mango, chickoo, guaga, avenue).
8. What about the maintenance of the farm? And who will look after?
Option 1 : We will take care or Option 2: By on your own
If you choose Option two and want us to take care of the plants till you
build a house then Our charges are : for 3000 sft - Rs. 6000 / Annum
for 5000 sft - Rs. 10,000 / Annum & 10,000
sft - Rs. 15,000 / Annum.

9. Can we drill bore in our land?
Yes.
10. Can you / we construct cottage in our land?

agreement?
