JSR 314 - JSF 2.0

Hi,

I just saw this JSR and I am wondering, why Apache isn't part of it.

it's up to individuals whether they want to participate or not

howard lewis ship is a long time apache committer. looks like he opted
to join as an independent expert (which is cool)
