Provide UI to collect the LDAP URL and Principal container DN for Active Directory integration.
Collected information should be stored in the {{kerberos-env}} configuration using the following properties:
1. ldap_url - The URL to the Active Directory LDAP Interface
2. container_dn - The distinguished name (DN) of the container used store service principals
