Faster Stanbol builds now on jenkins

FYI, I have finally found the option in the jenkins configuration
(under maven build / advanced button) to disable the archiving of the
build artifacts which was very slow. The build duration is now a bit
less than 20min!

Thanks to my colleague Julien who has shown me where to find that
miraculous option :)
