   UX polish across the Tools and Architecture pages.
   
   ## Tools page (`/tools`) — sticky dropdown filters
   - Replaces the flat filter **pills** (which didn't read as selection criteria)
     with a **sticky dropdown filter toolbar**: one labelled dropdown per dimension
     — Contract / Substrate / Organization / Vendor — of multi-select checkboxes,
     plus a **Wraps an MCP** toggle, a **Clear** button, and the live
     "Showing X of Y" status.
   - Each dropdown shows an **active-count badge**; the bar **stays pinned to the
     top of the viewport** as you scroll the grid. One dropdown open at a time;
     closes on outside-click / Escape. Same filtering logic (multi-select OR within
     a dimension, AND across dimensions).
   
   ## Vendor icons everywhere
   - New `VendorIcon` component renders the bundled brand SVG when one exists, and a
     **monogram badge** (the vendor's initial) otherwise — so **every vendor shows
     an icon**. Previously CVE.org, Fossil, SourceHut, Vulnogram, Maildir, and email
     had none. Applied on the tools filter + cards and the Architecture per-contract
     lists.
   
   ## Architecture page
   - The **Extending** section now has a proper `h2` header (was a smaller
     "Go deeper").
   - Left-nav: **clicking an item highlights it immediately and keeps it
     highlighted**; the last section (Extending) now stays highlighted at the
     bottom of the page, where the scroll-spy's active band couldn't otherwise
     reach it.
   
   ## Site-wide
   - Renamed the top-left **"← Back to home"** links to **"← Back to Magpie"**.
   
   ## Verification
   - `npm run build` clean (122 pages); prek passes (incl. the Astro/JSX
     whitespace guard — caught and fixed a real missing-space in the MCP toggle).
