Looking at the source resolver package I think I am missing a factory 
implementation for the URLSource source object. I copied the current
ResourceSourceFactory class and modified it to generate URLSources. I need
this factory for monitoring http pages. 
I already posted a message to the avalon-users mailing list and did not get any 
response. This message includes a CVS diff patch to add the factory class...
