[PR] [FIX] PropagateLookupRightListener: skip apply Lookup right if already applied [james-project]

vttranlina opened a new pull request, #2636:
URL: https://github.com/apache/james-project/pull/2636

I encountered an issue related to applying rights.

Given: Bob has lookup right for `mailbox1`.
   When: Bob creates `mailbox1.child1`, the
`PropagateLookupRightListener` attempts to append the lookup right to its parent mailbox (`mailbox1`).

This is unnecessary and even causes an error:
**InsufficientRightsException**: *"Setting ACL is only permitted to the owner and admins of the mailbox."*

This occurs in `org.apache.james.mailbox.store.StoreRightManager#assertHaveAccessTo` because Bob is neither the owner nor an admin of `mailbox1`.
