Deduplication configuration + Documentation

Hey,
I've noticed the solrconfig.xml gives an example using a 'overwriteDupes'
parameter for the Deudplication component.
Should probably add this setting + description of what it does to the
'Settings' section in the Deduplication Solr Wiki.
