parameterized oak-jcr test

hi,

currently most of the oak-jcr tests run on the MicroKernelImpl. to increase
test coverage I'd like to parameterize tests in oak-jcr and run them on the
three major storage flavors we have at the moment: MicroKernelImpl, 
SegmentMK and MongoMK.

any objections?
