RC2 Release

Due to the number of patches that have come in and the number of updates 
we've been able to make to Pluto, I would like to suggest that we cut a 
second release candidate as soon as the next version of tomcat is 
released (with our requested cross context session fix).

I would guess that this second release candidate would then be what we 
eventually vote to promote to general availability - probably after two 
or three weeks.

Please let us know if there are any critical updates that you think we 
should consider implementing before the second release.

My list would include:

Must Have
=====================

1) Confirmation that the cross context session patch in tomcat works for 
others.

Nice To Have
=====================
1) PLUTO-20

2) PLUTO-42

3) PLUTO-8

for the next Tomcat release?
