As mentioned in KAFKA-8777, the list tasks Trogdor endpoint `/coordinator/tasks` can get very big.
It would be useful if we didn't expose the full spec definition in that endpoint but rather have every spec define a simpler JSON which is shown through that list endpoint.
If users want the full JSON, they can use the detail endpoint `/coordinator/tasks/<task_id>`
