DefaultApplyXSL

Help,

I want to use xalan for translating XML-data to HTML in servlets. In your
samples I found a Directory named servlet with many files, but the
central-file: DefaultApplyXSL.java I don't find. Where can I find it?
Or is the Documentation not uptodate?

I've loaded the Xalan 2.0.0 Version over the Web.
