[mina] Ready for release.

Hi everyone,

I think it is ready to release MINA 0.7 finally.  I want to tag the
trunk to release-0.7 and remove internal-release-0.7.  I think the
interval between internal-release-0.7 and release-0.7 is too short
enough to release current snapshot to 0.7.1.  WDYT?

[x] Release as 0.7
[ ] Release as 0.7.1 retaining internal-release-0.7 tag
[ ] Release as 0.7 retaining internal-release-0.7 tag

No matter.  I just cut 0.7 to get ApacheDS out the door.  Documentation 
is fine for bumping it up to 0.7.1.  We cannot go backwords here as you 
agreed on IM just now (wanna summarize this on list btw).
