[RESULT] Re: [VOTE] Felix Graduation

This vote has been open over 5 days, so it can now be closed with the
following votes:

    * +1 votes: Jean T. Anderson, Paul Fremantle, Bertrand Delacretaz,
      Alex Karasulu, Upayavira, Brian McCallister, Carsten Ziegeler,
      Niclas Hedhman, Enrique Rodriguez, Matthias Wessendorf, Robert
      Burrell Donkin, J Aaron Farr.
    * 0 votes: None.
    * -1 votes: None.

The vote passes.

We would like to thank everyone who voted and/or participated in any way.

We look forward to sending the resolution to the board, however, it
would still be nice if we could receive some guidance as to how to
proceed with the next steps or, more precisely, what the next steps are.

Thanks again.

Sounds like a good plan to me too. So, please, if anyone notices any
issue with the resolution before the end of the week, speak up. I will
mail the resolution to the board by this coming weekend.

Looks good to me.

I think the Board will also be happy to receive this well ahead of the
meeting, so let's try to have it there by the end of the week. This allows
for feedback from them before the meeting...

Just a reminder...

If I don't hear any more additional feedback on the board resolution

Ok. Attached is the updated board resolution. Let's all take one more
look at it to make sure that it is correct, then we can be done with the
first two steps and perform the third.

Next steps (was: Re: [RESULT] Re: [VOTE] Felix Graduation)

Posted by Alex Karasulu <ak...@apache.org>.
1) remove the following from this template:

 >> Special Order 6E, Establishing the Apache Felix Project, was
 >>       approved by Unanimous Vote.

2) Double check that all the PPMC folks are on the proposed PMC.

3) Send an email to the board@apache.org with the resolution asking them
to add it to their agenda for the next board meeting.

4) Wait for board meeting and minutes to determine if resolution passed.

5) If so we have a bunch of infrastructure details to hash out. And if
not we go back to the drawing board and/or wait for another board meeting.

Alex
