Need a reviewer for this
small patch.

StringValueHandler.setEscaping()
doesn't return old escaping value
Caught by Dave Brosius' code
clean up. The dead code shouldn't
have
been dead.
2332 - If a URIResolver is provided,
don't call
SystemIDResolver.getAbsoluteURI in
document() function
