This invocation lacks an "-n" parameter which is greater in value than the "-c"
parameter - in 2.2.x ab gives a suitable error message for such usage, rather
than segfaulting.
$ ./support/ab -c 200 http://localhost/
./support/ab: Cannot use concurrency level greater than total number of requests
