compiling from trunk

 Hi,

Is there documentation somewhere about compiling trunk? It looks like the
ambari-web project depends on npm and brunch. I don't know where to get
npm and brunch.
Thanks

regards,
Eric

Hi Eric,
Ambari's wiki <https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/AMBARI/Ambari>on
apache.org has a development
page<https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/AMBARI/Ambari-666+Development>with
a section on 'Building and Running Ambari Web'.
Please have a look at the steps detailed there.
Regards,
Srimanth
